God began this work in the hearts of two women,
Drs. Judy Massey and Cindy Epps.


Dr. Cindy Epps, wife of Canon David Epps, has over 30 years of nursing, education, and management experience. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from East Tennessee State University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the State University of West Georgia and both the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and the Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (Ph.D.) from Georgia State University. Currently, she is a Professor of Nursing at the State University of West Georgia where she teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She serves as the Coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at the Newnan campus of the University of West Georgia's School of Nursing. She has previous foreign medical missions experience with Healthcare Ministries. She is also a Commissioned Minister of Medical Ministries in the Charismatic Episcopal Church.


Dr. Judy Massey, wife of Fr. Paul Massey, Vicar of Church of the Holy Cross, received her Master of Education from Georgia State University. She has extensive experience in education, mobilizing missions and prayer events both nationally and internationally. She has written manuals and conducted seminars on spiritual warfare, the prophetic, missions and Islamic issues. She is also the author of the Missions Manual of the Missionary Development Agency of the Charismatic Episcopal Church of North America. Currently, she serves as prayer coordinator for Aglow International and is a Commissioned Minister of Evangelism and Missions in the Charismatic Episcopal Church. She received her Doctor of Ministry from Regent University.
